Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a customer-focused Vehicle Handover Specialist to represent BYD and deliver an engaging vehicle delivery experience in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. BYD is a global technology company recognized for its developments in electric mobility, battery technology and sustainable transportation. As part of the BYD team at Al-Futtaim Automotive, you will help customers understand their new vehicles and prepare confidently for electric vehicle ownership.

The Vehicle Handover Specialist is responsible for coordinating smooth and timely vehicle deliveries, preparing vehicles according to BYD standards and providing personalized demonstrations of vehicle features, technology and electric mobility considerations. The role also involves welcoming showroom visitors, understanding customer requirements, responding to inquiries and supporting the sales team with test drives when required. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with showroom, sales and operational colleagues to provide a consistent customer experience throughout the vehicle handover process.

• Manage customer expectations throughout the vehicle delivery process.
• Coordinate smooth and timely handovers of new BYD vehicles.
