Real Estate Sales Director – Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a high‑impact Real Estate Sales Director to lead and scale our sales operations in Abu Dhabi’s competitive and fast‑moving property market. This is a senior leadership role for a proven performer who knows how to build winning sales teams, drive consistent revenue, and establish strong relationships with developers and investors.

Key Responsibilities- Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Design and execute data‑driven sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Define, track, and optimize sales KPIs, funnels, and conversion metrics
- Oversee day‑to‑day sales operations, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, brokers, and key partners
- Drive lead generation performance across all channels (digital, referrals, agents, and direct sales)
- Recruit, train, coach, and retain high‑performing sales professionals
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement continuous improvement plans
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in Abu Dhabi
- Strategic sales leadership with the ability to translate vision into execution
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness within the UAE real estate sector
- Advanced negotiation and deal‑structuring skills for high‑value transactions
- Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high‑performing sales teams
- Data‑driven mindset with strong command of KPIs, pipelines, and conversion metrics
