Job Title: Procurement & Contracts Manager

The Procurement Manager leads the organization’s procurement and contract management functions, ensuring strategic sourcing, effective supplier relationships, and robust contract negotiations aligned with business objectives. The role focuses on cost optimization, compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
  • Manage the full procurement lifecycle: sourcing, tendering, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
  • Oversee contract lifecycle management in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead negotiations for high-value and strategic contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships to ensure value delivery and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct spend analysis, cost‑benefit assessments, and risk evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Utilize ERP systems, procurement automation tools, and data analytics to improve efficiency and reporting.
  • Resolve procurement disputes and contract‑related issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree; professional certification in Procurement & Contracts preferred.
  • 8–10 years of experience in procurement and contract management, including large‑scale operations.
  • Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier relationship management, and procurement analytics.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP procurement modules and automation tools.
  • Solid knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement and contracts.

Internal & External Relations:

Works closely with Finance, Legal & Compliance, Operations, PMO, and Business Units, and liaises with suppliers, contractors, regulatory authorities, and industry partners.
