Senior Business Development Manager

We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager dedicated to the Abu Dhabi market, focusing on corporate entities, semi‑government, government, and large‑scale projects. The candidate should be experienced in navigating Abu Dhabi’s tendering systems and capable of engaging high‑level stakeholders.

• Develop new business opportunities in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, covering corporate, government, and public sector accounts.
• Establish strong relationships with procurement teams, consultants, architects, designers, and project managers.
• Register the company with relevant government portals and manage tender submissions.
• Prepare competitive technical and financial proposals tailored to Abu Dhabi's requirements.
• Monitor mega‑projects, government initiatives, and development programs influencing workspace demand.
• Represent the company at ADNEC exhibitions, government events, and industry networking forums.
• Coordinate with design, logistics, and operations teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
• Consistently meet and surpass defined sales targets.

• Minimum 5+ years of BDM experience in interiors, commercial furniture, fit‑out, or government‑focused sectors.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi government procurement procedures (RFP, RFQ, LPO, ERP systems, etc.).
• Existing relationships with government entities or major consultants preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
