Abu Dhabi, UAE Industry: Hospitality / Catering Salary: AED 28,000 – 32,000 Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide procurement strategies, policies, and processes to drive cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and supplier performance optimization.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the procurement team, ensuring adherence to best practices, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management to ensure best price, quality, and service standards.
• Implement and manage procurement systems (e‑procurement, P2P, ERP) and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Legal, and other departments to align procurement with organizational goals.
• Monitor procurement performance, analyze spend, and identify opportunities for savings, process improvement, and supplier consolidation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal policies, and corporate governance standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Senior procurement professional with strong UAE experience in large, complex organizations.
• Proven experience managing multi‑category procurement at a leadership level.
• Hands‑on experience in contract negotiation, supplier management, and strategic sourcing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to mentor and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
