Le Chene is supporting a UAE group to appoint a Senior Business Analyst to drive data‑driven decisions, process optimisation, and cross‑functional project support. This role is hybrid - remote, with attendance requirements only for larger presentations or team meetings, at a maximum of once per month
Scope- Analyse business performance & operational KPIs
- Process mapping, optimisation & documentation
- Support senior leadership with reports & insights
- Coordinate across projects and functional teams
- Prepare dashboards, workflows & business cases
- 6 to 10 years experience (business analysis, PMO, operations or strategy support)
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel & business tools
- Detail‑oriented, structured, and solutions‑focused
AED 32,000 to 36,000 per month | Full benefits | Hybrid| Abu Dhabi
