Contract Manager

  • 5-10 Years Experience

This role involves reviewing tender documents, managing contract compliance, and implementing HSE policies while leading the contracting lifecycle for capital projects. The successful candidate will negotiate, manage risks, oversee compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders across EPC projects.

Responsibilities
  • Review tender documents and manage contract compliance.
  • Implement and enforce HSE policies.
  • Analyze bill of quantities to ensure compliance with client requirements and uphold tender integrity.
  • Lead contracting lifecycle for capital projects: drive negotiations, manage risks, and oversee compliance.
  • Manage contract administration, monitor claims and budgets, and guide team members in construction projects.
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and mitigating risks.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure performance standards.
  • Manage supplier negotiations and provide guidance on contractual risks and obligations.
  • Oversee system installations, testing, and documentation for MEP projects.
  • Provide contractual and commercial support for renewable energy projects.
Qualifications
  • Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Engineering degree.
  • Relevant certifications in contract management and FIDIC.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, risk assessment, and claims management skills.
  • Experience in EPC, procurement, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of UAE contract law and local regulations.
Sales Executive
  • 2-5 Years Experience
  • Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

The Sales Executive will lead business development in the marble, granite, and tile industries, focusing on client relationship management and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities
  • Source suppliers, issue RFQs, analyze bids, and negotiate contracts.
  • Cultivate client relationships and conduct market research.
  • Deliver presentations and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead negotiations to support sales growth and business development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in the construction or related industry.
