We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to oversee daily laundry and dry-cleaning operations. The role requires strong leadership to ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

• Manage and supervise daily laundry and dry-cleaning operations.
• Train, guide, and motivate staff for consistent performance.
• Ensure timely service delivery and high-quality garment care.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and resource allocation.
• Enhance operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Build a collaborative workplace culture that fosters teamwork.

• Proven experience in laundry, dry-cleaning, or housekeeping operations.

• Strong leadership and staff management abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, inventory control, and process management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and industry-specific compliance standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Background in hospitality or facilities management is an advantage.

• Training/certification in textile care or dry-cleaning processes.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Sales or business development experience in services.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

• Salary Range:
  
  AED
  24,000 – 28,000monthly (Depending on Experience)
