Role OverviewOur client is seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant to support their Business Development team within the investment and wealth management sector. The role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, requiring a hands‑on all‑rounder who can support sales, business development, and client engagement activities targeting top‑tier corporate and institutional clients. The Executive Assistant will directly report to the Business Development Manager and support a team of 10–15 professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide end‑to‑end support to the Business Development team in investment and wealth management initiatives.
- Assist with market prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, targeting top‑tier corporates, family offices, and institutional clients.
- Prepare and coordinate investment proposals, client presentations, and pitch materials.
- Maintain CRM systems, track client interactions, and ensure timely follow‑up on business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to support business development strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and scheduling for the Business Development Manager and team.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle logistics for client meetings, events, and workshops.
- Maintain documentation and administrative processes in line with compliance and regulatory standards.
- Act as a liaison between Business Development, Investment, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Ensure smooth information flow and coordination across departments to support client onboarding and deal execution.
- Assist in organizing client events, roadshows, and business meetings as required.
- Demonstrate a flexible, proactive, and hands‑on mindset, supporting the team beyond traditional EA responsibilities.
- Identify gaps in processes and contribute to improvements in efficiency and workflow.
