We are Hiring for “ Procurement & Contracts Officer ”
We are looking for a “
Procurement & Contracts Officer
” to support procurement and contract management for our construction projects. You will coordinate with vendors, manage tenders, administer contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in procuring materials, services, and subcontractors.
- Support contract lifecycle management and supplier coordination.
- Conduct market research, assist in tendering, and evaluate suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain procurement records and support ERP/procurement automation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; procurement/contract certification preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement & contract management, preferably in large-scale projects.
- Strong skills in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management, and procurement analytics.
- Familiarity with ERP procurement modules and legal/regulatory requirements.
