Business Development Executive - Energy & Integrated Solutions

Develop new customers and create gross profit.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations.
Handle customer complaints and disputes amicably with regards to service delivery, lapses, etc.
Partake in customer relationship management activities to improve business relationships with customers to retain and increase sales activities with customers.
Work with customers to create solutions for their requirements to increase business.
Conduct market research to understand industry dynamics for potential business development and understand competitor dynamics.
Job requirementsHigher Level Education (Bachelor qualification or Certificate)
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Freight Forwarding | Supply Chain Management Knowledge
Prior experience in a Commercial & Business development of similar industry
Proficient knowledge of computers especially in MS Office & Outlook.
