Key Responsibilities Support multiple business strategy projects across ADNOC Distribution, including initiatives within business units, acquisitions, and joint ventures Assist in strategy design and development using qualitative and quantitative analysis Perform financial and business analysis to support strategic decisions and present insights to senior leadership Provide research and analytical support for Executive Leadership Team, Executive Committee, and Board meetings, presentations, and communications Collaborate with Economics and Research teams to conduct market intelligence activities covering market segments, trends, technology advancements, and competitive positioning Analyze cost structures, market data, and macroeconomic factors to develop standardized inputs for financial and economic models Support assessment of strategic options, feasibility studies, and due diligence on potential business opportunities Evaluate return on investment and cost-benefit impacts to inform major investment decisions Communicate strategy analyses and reports effectively through written and verbal presentations Build and maintain strong working relationships with finance teams, business unit strategy teams, and key stakeholders across ADNOC Distribution Provide ad-hoc strategic analysis and support to cross-functional teams as required Ideal Profile Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field MBA in Strategy or Finance is preferred Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy consulting or an in-house strategy role
Experience with in the downstream oil and gas sector or similar commodity-based industries is an advantage Skills Set Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities
