Program Document Database Control Lead – Water & Wastewater Projects - PMC Role, Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
Parsons is seeking an experienced Program Document / Database Control Lead to manage document control and information governance for Emergency Projects on behalf of our client into Water Solutions and Sewage treatment plants in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
What You'll Be Doing- This role is part of the Program Management Services for Emergency Projects.
- Establish and enforce a program-wide document control and information governance framework aligned with client requirements.
- Manage the integration of document control systems with the Digital PMO and PMIS platforms.
- Maintain master registers for documents, correspondence, drawings, submissions, and approvals across all emergency projects.
- Ensure timely distribution, tracking, and close-out of critical program and project documentation.
- Support audit readiness by maintaining traceable records and document histories.
- Coordinate document interfaces between the PMO, DB/DBO Contractors, Supervision Consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with document control procedures and elevate deviations to PMO leadership.
- Support configuration management by ensuring consistency between approved designs, revisions, and construction documentation.
- Provide regular reporting on document status, overdue submissions, and information risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in document control.
- Experience on large infrastructure programs preferrably water and sewage treatment plants.
- Strong knowledge of EDMS platforms.
- Attention to detail and process discipline.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working with Abu Dhabi authorities and standards.
- GCC experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
