Business Analyst – Cash Management & Corporate channels

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the GTx team to create high-quality business requirements and solutions for key stakeholders Conduct quality assurance on the deliveries within the GTx payments platforms Must be adaptable enough to support deliveries in either waterfall or agile models Engage with SMEs end users and vendors to identify document and validate requirements based on user journeys and user stories for implementing payment systems corporate channel systems and escrow-related solutions Assist in the development of user stories requirements providing support to team members as needed Responsible for producing test scenarios scripts and other UAT documentation as well as identifying and extracting custom data for testing purposes Execute UAT against previously defined and approved business requirements user stories or solution designs Collaborate with business SMEs and product owners to prioritize and shape the product backlog utilizing Agile practices to emphasize business value Highlight key issues and challenges related to product sign-off after the testing phase is completed Validate existing to be processes during UAT execution including revising and updating business processes according to business requirements Analyze and interpret business requirements and when necessary gather additional information from Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts Participate in and facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals Backlog Refinement Daily Stand-up Iteration Release Planning Showcases Sprint Review and Retrospective Monitor and support post-production projects as part of BAU.

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or business management At least 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 6 years in cash management or corporate channel systems. Relevant certifications like ECBA, CBAP, CSM, etc., will be advantageous. Experience in Escrow Management Systems, real-estate escrow processes, virtual accounts, and regulatory compliance requirements within the banking domain will be highly advantageous.
