The Excellence Specialist supports the development and implementation of the Department of Energy’s Excellence Framework. The role focuses on promoting a culture of excellence through self-assessment, analysis, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support organizational excellence self-assessments and award programs.
- Analyze excellence assessment reports and identify Areas for Improvement.
- Assist in developing and monitoring improvement initiatives and action plans.
- Conduct benchmarking activities and support best practice implementation.
- Support workshops, awareness sessions, and training in Arabic and/or English.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to excellence initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in organizational excellence, quality, or performance improvement.
- Knowledge of excellence models and performance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a government environment
