Project Manager / Discipline Lead
Location Job PurposeThe Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of engineering and infrastructure projects. The role acts as a central point of coordination between project managers, multidisciplinary design teams, clients, contractors, and authorities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and in compliance with company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Project Coordination- Support Project Managers in planning and executing engineering and industrial building projects.
- Coordinate project activities across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Track project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and action items.
- Monitor progress against approved project plans and timelines.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project execution plans.
- Maintain project records, correspondence, and technical documentation.
- Ensure proper document control and version management.
- Compile technical reports, project status reports, and presentations.
- Assist in preparing project close-out documentation.
- Organize and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and reviews.
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes of meetings (MoM).
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure.
- Facilitate communication between internal departments, clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities.
- Assist in tracking project schedules, resource allocation, and project performance.
- Support risk identification and issue tracking activities.
- Monitor project deliverables and report potential delays or constraints.
- Maintain project dashboards and progress indicators.
- Support proposal preparation and bid submissions.
- Coordinate inputs from various engineering disciplines.
- Assist in compiling technical and commercial documentation.
- Ensure submission requirements are met within specified deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with company Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
- Support adherence to project governance requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Assist with audits and quality reviews when required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, engineering support, or project administration.
