Change Management Consultant

Change Management & AI Adoption Consultant to support transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of change management practices and emerging AI adoption. The ideal candidate will have regional client experience, preferably within the public sector, and the ability to translate AI concepts into practical adoption and change strategies.

Please note this is a 4 months contract with potential to extend

• Support the design and implementation of change management strategies for transformation and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to assess change impacts, readiness, adoption barriers and organizational requirements.
• Develop communication, engagement and adoption approaches to support successful transformation.
• Demonstrate a practical understanding of AI fundamentals, including frontier models, AI adoption standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Advise clients on effective AI adoption approaches, including key good practices, risks and common pitfalls.
• Support client workshops, stakeholder engagement and transformation activities across the region.
• Contribute to adoption frameworks, roadmaps and recommendations for AI and digital transformation programs.

• Experience in change management / organizational transformation.
• At least one client engagement in the Middle East, ideally within the public sector.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts, frontier models and AI adoption practices.
• Understanding of responsible and effective AI adoption, including potential risks and poor practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.
