Real Estate has a big number of unsolved problems. Solving them makes people's lives better and businesses stronger. Product is one of the tools to solve those problems for good.

This role owns one of those problems as a business. You get a part of the P&L, not a backlog. You decide what we build, in which market, at what price, and you carry the commercial result.

You still build with your own hands. Prototypes, data, models. We do not want a manager of slides. You run one squad and you make the people around you better. Two or three junior product builders will learn how to work by watching how you do it. We expect extreme ownership. You own the result including the parts you do not control.

Data engineering did not deliver, legal was slow, the market moved. All of it is still your number. Bring the problem early and bring it with a way out.

• Own a business line, not just a feature
  . Take end-to-end ownership of a vertical, funnel or product with clear commercial outcomes. Set targets with the Head of Product and own the strategy, roadmap, prioritisation and results.
• Drive commercial impact
  . Own the business case, including revenue, pricing and packaging. Partner closely with Commercial and engage directly with clients to ensure products don't just launch, but deliver measurable value and adoption.
• Lead go-to-market end to end
  . Define who the product creates value for and work backwards from there. Own the GTM plan across pricing, positioning, pilots, sales enablement, marketing, legal, support and measurement - including the launch date and outcome.
• Build and prototype with AI
  . Use tools such as Claude, Cursor and Lovable to rapidly prototype and validate ideas before committing scarce Design and Engineering resources. Seniority here means setting the standard for hands-on product building.
• Run the squad and own delivery
  . Set priorities, make trade-offs and own scope and timelines. Proactively unblock dependencies across Engineering, Data, Design, Legal, Commercial and other teams to keep delivery moving.
• Own the numbers
  . Work directly with data, define the metrics that matter and challenge those that don't. You are accountable for the accuracy and integrity of the numbers used to measure your product's performance.
• Drive market expansion
  . Determine when and where your product should scale across our five markets, understanding the different customer needs, regulations and economics. Build data-backed recommendations around opportunity, investment and timing.
• Raise the product bar
  . Mentor product talent, challenge the quality of thinking and hypotheses, and contribute to hiring exceptional people. Take responsibility for developing those around you and continually raising the standard of the team.
