We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Project Manager to manage the project scoping lifecycle and program management for a 1-year Marketplace Program
. The role will involve coordinating multiple departments and third-party partners to ensure quality delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Define project objectives, KPIs, scope, purpose, and deliverables
. - Develop project charters, plans, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies.
- Manage project budget, risks, communication, and quality
. - Coordinate people, resources, and third-party partners throughout project execution.
- Monitor project progress, deliverables, and activities, addressing risks and issues proactively.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements-gathering sessions across multiple departments.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
. - Experience in Leisure & Entertainment, Retail, or related industries
. - Strong requirements gathering, elicitation, and documentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and KPIs
. - Proven project planning, execution, risk, budget, and vendor management experience.
