ADNOC Group is seeking an Executive Advisor for a Full Time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Supporting ADNOC Gas leadership, the role serves as a strategic partner on corporate governance, business planning, strategic decision-making and organizational performance. The Executive Advisor will provide senior-level analysis and recommendations, coordinate strategic initiatives, monitor corporate objectives and help maintain alignment between long-term strategy and business priorities.

- Advise senior leadership on strategic, operational and corporate governance matters.
- Provide analysis and insights to support executive-level decision-making.
- Prepare strategic recommendations based on business assessments, market insights and relevant data.
- Develop executive reports, briefing papers and presentations for leadership review.
- Work directly with executive leadership teams on strategic priorities and organizational objectives.
- Support the development and execution of corporate strategy and business plans.
- Monitor strategic objectives and evaluate progress against established KPIs.
- Assess the performance of strategic initiatives and identify matters requiring leadership attention.
- Help maintain alignment between corporate strategy and evolving business priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and executive-level initiatives.
- Support delivery of ADNOC Gas long-term business objectives through structured analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Support implementation of corporate governance policies, procedures and recognized best practices.
- Contribute to governance frameworks that support effective organizational oversight.
- Monitor organizational performance and provide relevant information to senior leadership.
- Facilitate informed decision-making through clear analysis, reporting and executive communication.
The Executive Advisor will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives and organizational priorities. The role requires effective engagement across functions, strong executive communication and the ability to coordinate stakeholders around business objectives and strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Experience- Master 's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 18 years of relevant experience in strategy, governance, executive advisory, business planning, or leadership roles.
- Proven experience working directly with executive leadership teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing strategic initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong executive presentation skills.
- Experience with in the energy, Oil and Gas, or a large corporate environment is highly desirable.
