A prominent international organization is seeking a Partnerships and Global Steering Manager to oversee the performance of strategic alliances and high-value global accounts. This role is central to driving commercial growth through data-driven insights, partnership optimization, and coordinated cross-market strategies. You will play a key role in maximizing revenue opportunities, aligning with business priorities, and supporting the expansion into new regions and markets.

• Drive the performance of strategic partnerships and global accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and identifying areas for commercial growth.
• Analyze key market data and partner metrics to provide actionable insights and support revenue-enhancing strategies.
• Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to implement unified plans and address performance gaps.
• Develop business cases, performance reviews, and improvement plans to maximize long-time value from partnerships.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making and transparency.
• Support commercial planning for new market launches, including coordination of sales activities and strategy rollout.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial partnerships, strategic account management, or business development across international markets
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Experience managing or supporting cross-border partnerships or joint commercial initiatives
• Proficient in Excel (including data modeling) and Power Point
• Highly collaborative, with strong communication skills
