- Strategy Execution Support for a Full Time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives across the organization, ensuring that strategic priorities translate effectively into operational execution. The Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor initiative performance, address execution risks and strengthen accountability and continuous improvement across strategy delivery activities.

• Manage the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic projects effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and identify risks, constraints and execution challenges.
• Develop mitigation strategies and lead the resolution of issues affecting successful delivery.
• Consult with senior leadership and provide insights and recommendations on strategy execution.
• Develop and maintain frameworks and tools for strategy execution and performance tracking.
• Review and analyze performance data to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on strategic priorities and execution plans.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on the status and performance of strategic initiatives.
• Ensure strategy execution activities comply with applicable organizational policies and procedures.

• Develop performance metrics to measure the success of strategy execution.
• Monitor alignment between departmental activities and the organization 's overall strategy.
• Review and approve project plans, budgets and timelines for feasibility and strategic alignment.
• Allocate resources to support successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Establish and apply best practices for strategy execution.

The Manager will foster accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement within the Strategy Execution Support Department. The role includes mentoring and developing team members to strengthen their capabilities in strategy execution and supporting effective coordination across multiple initiatives. The position requires the ability to manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities, resolving issues proactively and ensuring teams remain focused on agreed strategic outcomes.

• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic priorities and execution plans.
• Maintain regular communication with cross-functional teams regarding initiative progress.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to strengthen stakeholder alignment and collaboration.
• Guide team members on strategy execution processes and requirements.

• Engage with external consultants and vendors supporting strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Master 's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategy execution, project management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
