As a Digital Health Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in connecting business priorities with digital capabilities. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, transformation teams, and delivery partners to identify opportunities, define strategic initiatives, and help drive meaningful change across complex healthcare environments.

As a Digital Health Business Partner, you'll work across the full transformation lifecycle, partnering with business leaders, programme teams, digital specialists, and key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and measurable outcomes.

You will:

• Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor on digital transformation opportunities.
• Identify business challenges, assess opportunities, and develop recommendations that support organisational objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagements to gather requirements and define priorities.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable initiatives, roadmaps, and transformation plans.
• Support the development of business cases, strategic proposals, and implementation approaches.
• Drive alignment between business, technology, data, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor initiative progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks and mitigation actions.
• Contribute to governance activities, reporting, and decision-making processes across multiple programmes.
• Analyse operational challenges, customer journeys, and service processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support change management activities to encourage adoption and successful transformation outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and executive teams.
• Help establish best practices, frameworks, and ways of working that support long-term transformation success.

• 4+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Management Consulting, Business Transformation, Strategy, or similar advisory roles.
• Demonstrated experience working across complex stakeholder environments and managing competing priorities.
• Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, problem solving, and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to deliver initiatives involving business transformation, process improvement, or organisational change.
• Experience developing business cases, recommendations, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across business, technology, and operational functions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate insights into practical solutions.

• Experience with in Healthcare, Digital Health, Health Tech, Life Sciences, or Public Sector environments.
• Background in consulting firms, advisory practices, or transformation-focused organisations.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes and strategic initiatives.
• Exposure to data-driven decision making, digital platforms, and emerging healthcare technologies.
• Understanding of healthcare operations, patient journeys, and service transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with programme governance, change management, and organisational design principles.
• Experience engaging with senior executives and leadership stakeholders.
• Continuous professional development in strategy, transformation, digital innovation, or healthcare management.
