Job description

Provides specialized advisory services and support in the development and review of institutional strategies and plans, ensuring their alignment with the strategic directions and priorities of the Emirate of Dubai and the organization. Conducts strategic analyses and studies to identify challenges and opportunities, evaluate strategic performance, and support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, contributes to the development of strategic objectives, initiatives, and indicators, monitors their implementation, and measures target achievement and impact.

Also provides technical advice to relevant departments on developing institutional performance, improving strategy execution efficiency, and enhancing integration among plans and initiatives.

1. Provide strategic consulting to departments and organizational units regarding the development and review of strategies, plans, and objectives in alignment with the strategic directions and priorities of the organization.

2. Conduct strategic studies and analyses, and analyze data and indicators to identify challenges, opportunities, and factors influencing the achievement of strategic objectives, and provide appropriate recommendations.

3. Contribute to the preparation and development of institutional strategy, strategic plans, and operational plans, ensuring their consistency and linkage with relevant government priorities.

4. Review and develop strategic objectives, initiatives, and performance indicators, ensuring they are measurable and linked to expected targets and outcomes.

5. Monitor the implementation of strategic plans and initiatives, analyze progress and achievement levels, identify deviations and challenges, and propose corrective and improvement actions.

6. Prepare periodic strategic reports and analyses illustrating performance levels and target achievement, and submit recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

7. Analyze best practices, future trends, and relevant comparative studies, and evaluate their applicability to contribute to the development of the organization's strategy and performance.

8. Support strategic planning and risk/opportunity management processes by analyzing scenarios and changes affecting the organization's operations and proposing appropriate measures to handle them.

9. Provide advisory support in developing and improving institutional performance, enhancing integration between strategy, initiatives, and operational plans, and participate in relevant task forces and committees.

10. Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications &

Experience:

Bachelor's degree with 11 years of experience, or Master's degree with 9 years of practical experience.

Specialization:

Strategic Planning, Public Administration, Institutional Performance Management, or any related fields from an accredited university.
