A prestigious Government Entity in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic and strategic Section Head – Commercial Initiatives to lead business development, commercial strategy, and stakeholder engagement across major infrastructure and capital projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Lead business development efforts and support the successful delivery of commercial initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct commercial, financial, and feasibility analyses to support decision-making.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements and partnerships.
- Monitor the performance of commercial initiatives and recommend continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that support organizational growth.
- UAE National (Family Book required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial management, business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of commercial strategy, financial analysis, and business planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with in government, infrastructure, construction, real estate, or capital projects sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
