Role Description This is a full-time, office based Bid Manager role based in our Head offices in Dubai. The Bid Manager will identify opportunities, coordinating bid preparation, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals.
Daily responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client requirements, working closely with technical and project teams to develop winning bid strategies, and structuring proposals.
The role involves managing bid timelines, maintaining bid documentation, and ensuring compliance with external tender requirements. The Bid Manager will also support continuous improvement of bid processes, contribute to the development of bid templates and tools, and provide regular reporting on bid status, success rates, and lessons learned.
Qualifications- Candidates should possess strong skills in Bid Preparation and Bid Writing to develop clear, compelling, and well-structured submissions.
- Candidates should possess proven experience in Bid Management and Bid Processes to manage timelines, compliance, and coordination across teams.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess experience in engineering, construction, or consulting sectors.
- Candidates should have atechinical background, preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field.
