The role combines consulting, project controls, business transformation, and technology-enabled delivery to help clients achieve predictable project outcomes and maximize investment value.

• Advise clients on project controls, project governance, capital planning, and delivery transformation.
• Assess and enhance project controls operating models and PMO effectiveness.
• Lead cost, schedule, and performance management assessments.
• Support development of governance frameworks, stage-gate models, and assurance processes.
• Conduct schedule, risk, and earned value performance reviews.
• Define reporting requirements and executive dashboards for program and portfolio management.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify business challenges and transformation opportunities.
• Support implementation of capital project management platforms and reporting solutions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, recommendations, and business cases.
• Contribute to business development and proposal activities.

• Proven years of experience in Capital Projects Consulting, PMO, Project Controls, EPC, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Utilities, Energy, or Industrial sectors.
• Experience working on large-scale capital programs.
• Experience in management consulting or project advisory is highly desirable.
• PMP, AACE CCP, PMI-SP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Experience leading client-facing work streams is advantageous.
