Team Leader, Change Management

Role Summary Lead and execute change management activities for strategic transformation programs and organizational initiatives. Ensure that employees, leaders, and stakeholders are prepared, engaged, and equipped to successfully adopt new processes, systems, ways of working, and organizational changes.

• Managing resistance to change across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Aligning multiple business units around a common transformation agenda.
• Balancing change activities across several concurrent initiatives.
• Sustaining adoption and behavioural change after project go-live.
• Communicating effectively in complex and evolving environments.

• Bachelor Degree with at least 10 years relevant experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Effective communication and change storytelling.
• Structured application of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).
• Ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders and employees.
• Data-driven monitoring of adoption, readiness, and business outcomes

• Establish relationships with key stakeholders and transformation teams.
• Conduct change impact and stakeholder assessments for assigned initiatives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans.
• Implement communication and engagement activities aligned with project milestones.
• Establish change KPIs, adoption metrics, and reporting mechanisms.

• Demonstrate measurable adoption and readiness improvements across supported initiatives.
• Lead enterprise-wide change interventions for major transformation programs.
• Build a structured change champion network.
• Improve organizational change capability through toolkits, training, and governance.
• Contribute to benefits realization by ensuring sustainable behavioral and process adoption.
• Establish consistent change management standards and best practices across the portfolio.
