TA 'ZIZ is seeking a Corporate Affairs Specialist
- Entity Governance in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, within the Chemicals industry to coordinate corporate approvals, statutory documentation and governance activities across its holding company, 19 legal entities, five joint venture companies and future-phase organizations. Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Affairs, the specialist supports leadership decisions by maintaining reliable records, preparing executive submissions and tracking regulatory commitments through completion.

Support the development and delivery of a coordinated corporate affairs approach from entity incorporation through ongoing operations. The role connects legal-entity administration, government approvals, stakeholder engagement and executive governance, helping TA 'ZIZ meet its obligations while keeping corporate decisions and submissions on schedule.
Key Responsibilities Corporate Governance and Entity Administration- - Contribute to corporate affairs strategy across TA 'ZIZ Hold Co, its legal entities and joint ventures.
- - Maintain an accurate register of licences, renewals, no-objection certificates, permits and powers of attorney, including expiry dates and accountable owners.
- - Coordinate documentation and internal contributions for external approvals; verify completeness, compliance and submission status.
- - Maintain a calendar of statutory, shareholder and government obligations and follow up with responsible teams.
- - Support corporate matters associated with tender boards, delegations of authority, business planning and performance reviews.
- - Monitor relevant regulatory and policy developments affecting the chemicals sector and TA 'ZIZ Industrial Park, highlighting potential implications.
- - Draft and quality-check CEO, Board and committee briefing notes, position papers and pre-read materials.
- - Keep stakeholder registers, memoranda of understanding and contact records current.
- - Coordinate the preparation of shareholder and committee submissions managed by Corporate Affairs.
- - Work with the Communications function to maintain consistent information shared with internal and external stakeholders.
- - Engage government bodies and regulatory authorities to progress submissions and clarify requirements.
- - Prepare periodic status reports on approvals, permits, powers of attorney and stakeholder engagements.
- - Consolidate corporate affairs information into clear analysis and recommendations for management.
- - Escalate delays, expiring authorizations and regulatory risks with supporting facts and proposed next steps.
- - Apply applicable delegations of authority, regulatory requirements and the TA 'ZIZ risk management framework.
- - Maintain organized records and evidence trails for governance and compliance activities.
- - Provide input to functional budgets and approved work plans; flag material variances for review.
- - Implement approved policies, processes and controls aligned with company and international requirements.
- - Contribute to performance objectives and identify ways to improve submission tracking, record accuracy and workflow efficiency.
- - Support process enhancements informed by relevant ISO practices.
Candidates should be comfortable managing several time-sensitive approval processes while maintaining accurate records and communicating clearly with senior leaders and external authorities. Strong drafting skills, stakeholder awareness and careful attention to regulatory deadlines are essential.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor 's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Law or a related field. A master 's degree is preferred.
Experience and Knowledge- - 5-8 years in corporate affairs, government relations, corporate services or a closely related position.
