Product Manager - Digital Projects

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a portfolio of digital products and customer journeys across our digital ecosystem. You will be responsible for building product roadmaps, developing business cases, prioritizing investments, and driving the successful delivery of customer-focused capabilities that improve business outcomes and customer experience.

Working closely with Commercial, Digital, Technology, Data, UX, Loyalty, and other business stakeholders, you will ensure product initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives, customer needs, and measurable value.

• Owns one or more digital journey & or AI powered customer journeys for shaping the roadmap & executing seamless omni-channel experiences, aligned with business strategies and objectives. Executes digital product enhancements using AI-assisted insights, personalization signals, and behavioral analytics.
• Identify & drive business opportunities through consistently optimising Digital product capabilities and developing unique value propositions for digitization.
• Develop business analysis or value propositions, with inputs from wider business stakeholders, for digital investments and priorities in product development.
• Define & drive conversion funnels analytics, drop-offs, session replay, NPS metrics, to identify optimization opportunities and track product performance, through appropriate benchmarking & enabling innovative business solutions. Translate AI and data insights into prioritized backlog items and measurable product changes.
• Identifying friction points & opportunities by assessing end-to-end Digital experiences through a data-driven approach, understanding user interactions & to validate product features, problems and/or opportunities. Support implementation of intelligent search, dynamic content selection, and contextual recommendations. Ensure AI enabled digital capabilities aligns with governance, brand and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with UX teams to drive optimizations, to determine the ideal way to present features or offers and eliminate usability issues.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within digital, eCommerce, airline, travel, or customer-facing technology environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple products, initiatives, or customer journeys simultaneously.
• Strong experience in roadmap development, business case creation, investment planning, and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product development practices.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into product outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Experience with in airline, travel, loyalty, digital commerce, payments, or self-service ecosystems is highly desirable.
