Senior Specialist, Organization Design & Effectiveness

A leading diversified group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Specialist, Organization Design & Effectiveness to support organization transformation, workforce planning, operating model design, policy governance, and business process improvement initiatives across multiple business units.

The successful candidate will play a key role in improving organizational effectiveness, enhancing productivity, supporting organization design initiatives, and ensuring workforce capabilities are aligned with business strategy and future growth objectives.

• Partner with business leaders to assess organizational effectiveness, spans and layers, role clarity, accountability, decision rights, and operating efficiency.
• Support the design and implementation of operating models aligned with business strategy.
• Develop and maintain organization structures, reporting lines, governance forums, and accountability frameworks.
• Support restructuring, organization transformation, and change initiatives.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to support job architecture and role alignment activities.
• Support annual and multi-year workforce planning activities.
• Develop workforce analytics, dashboards, and reporting insights.
• Analyze workforce trends, productivity metrics, headcount, capacity utilization, and organizational efficiency.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to align workforce plans with budgets and growth targets.
• Draft and maintain organizational and people-related policies, standards, and procedures.
• Support governance reviews, controls, and policy compliance activities.
• Conduct impact assessments and policy implementation reviews.
• Lead or support process mapping, process redesign, and business process re-engineering initiatives.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Collaborate with Digital and IT teams to support process automation and optimization initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8 years of relevant experience in Organization Development, Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Organizational Effectiveness, or Process Improvement.
• Experience supporting organization restructuring, operating model design, workforce transformation, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Proven experience participating in business process improvement or business process re-engineering projects.
• Strong experience working with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Experience developing workforce insights, organizational analytics, and management reporting.
• Experience drafting policies, governance documentation, procedures, and organizational standards is preferred.
• Consulting experience, either in-house or with a consulting firm, would be advantageous.
