Job Title:
Bid Proposal Analyst
Industry: Facilities Management / FM / Property & Integrated Facilities Services
Experience: 3+ years relevant exp
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Location:
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 15000 AED to 18000 AED
Must-Have Experience- 3+ years in Bid Management / Bid Support / Proposal Management / Bid Analyst / Project Support
- Experience in Facilities Management
- Exposure to Hard FM and Soft FM
- Strong experience in bid/proposal preparation and submission
- Experience managing client portals and e-tendering platforms
- Strong proposal writing and editing skills
- Experience coordinating with SMEs and cross-functional teams
- Strong MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong knowledge of AI tools used for proposal/bid development
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Adobe InDesign / Illustrator / Photoshop
- MS Project / SharePoint / Visio
- Proposal/design/graphics experience
- APMP certification
- Experience with UAE/GCC FM tenders
- Experience handling government/semi-government tenders or major FM contracts
