Position Overview AECOM is seeking a Senior Consultant
- Advisory and Transformation in Abu Dhabi, UAE to support strategic advisory and organisational transformation engagements across the UAE and wider Middle East. The role combines analysis, problem solving, operating model development, stakeholder engagement, and implementation support, with a strong focus on helping clients translate strategic priorities into practical and measurable outcomes.
The position requires close collaboration with client teams and the ability to quickly understand organisational priorities, challenges, and operating environments. As a client-facing consultant, you will spend part of the working week alongside client teams at their offices, developing trusted relationships and supporting programme delivery.
Advisory and Transformation Delivery- Support organisational transformation, target operating model, and performance improvement engagements.
- Conduct research, analysis, stakeholder interviews, and organisational assessments.
- Structure complex information and convert findings into practical recommendations.
- Develop options analyses, presentations, reports, and other client deliverables.
- Support the design of target operating models, governance frameworks, and organisational structures.
- Contribute to transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support change management and organisational capability-building initiatives.
- Manage assigned project work streams against agreed plans, timelines, and quality standards.
- Help clients translate strategic objectives into actionable outcomes.
Building effective client relationships is central to this position. The Senior Consultant will work with stakeholders across different organisational levels, support meetings and working sessions, and communicate findings and recommendations clearly. The role also involves contributing to senior management presentations and reports while facilitating collaboration between client stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams.

- Support proposal development and business development activities.
- Coach and support junior team members where appropriate.
- Share analysis and project knowledge effectively across the engagement team.
The Senior Consultant will help clients identify organisational challenges and opportunities, improve governance and ways of working, and design practical solutions that can be implemented successfully. Successful delivery will also involve strengthening organisational capability and performance, supporting transformation initiatives through implementation, and converting strategic objectives into measurable actions and outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience- 4 to 7 years of experience in consulting, advisory, transformation, organisational design, or change environments.
- Experience supporting transformation, operating model, or organisational improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience engaging directly with client stakeholders.
- Ability to structure complex information and develop clear recommendations.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in client environments.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders across different organisational levels.
