Job Purpose:
Supports the CEO Office in driving key organizational priorities, ensuring cross-functional accountability, and providing timely, fact-based insights to support effective decision-making.
The role acts as a strategic execution partner, working closely with Commercial, Operations and Business Support teams to track priorities, follow up on actions, identify risks, and ensure disciplined delivery against CEO Office commitments.

- Monitor progress against key initiatives, timelines and deliverables, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.

* * matters where required. - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Prepare concise, decision-ready updates, summaries and reports for the CEO Office and senior leadership.
- Review business cases, management reports, budgets and performance data with a commercially informed perspective.
- Track commitments, decisions and action points arising from CEO and senior management meetings.
- Ensure timely follow-through on agreed actions and support disciplined execution across the business.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the CEO Office with wider strategic, operational and executive coordination activities as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, strategy, consulting, finance, business operations or an executive office environment.
- Strong experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
