We are looking for Senior Techno-Functional Engineer to act as a subject matter expert for Credit Card products, processes, and system integrations, supporting card transformation and integration design.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: 8–12 Years
Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities- Act as SME for Credit Card products, processes, and system integrations.
- Define and validate requirements across card systems, core banking, channels, payment networks, collections, finance, CRM, and digital platforms.
- Support API, event-driven, and middleware integration design.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and integration requirements.
- Support solution design reviews, impact assessments, data mapping, and interface specifications.
- Coordinate with business users, vendors, architects, and development teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, migration, cutover, and post-production stabilization.
- Ensure compliance with card business rules, operational processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to future-state card servicing and transformation strategies.
- 8–12 years of experience in Credit Card technology, operations, product management, or transformation.
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end Credit Card lifecycle.
- Experience with VisionPLUS, PRIME, TSYS, Way4, PowerCARD, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of integrations with Core Banking, Digital Channels, Payment Switches, Visa, Mastercard, Finance, CRM, and enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and modern integration patterns.
- Good understanding of Oracle Database, SQL, and data analysis.
- Banking transformation, card modernization, or digital banking experience preferred.
Preferred Tech Stack: Oracle Database, Java, Java Script
Tools: SOAP, Postman.
