We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a major greenfield enterprise transformation programme.
Working with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams, you will capture, document, and manage requirements across multiple work streams. You will translate business needs into clear, testable requirements, model business processes, and maintain traceability from initial requirements through design, testing, and acceptance.
Key Responsibilities Requirements Elicitation & Documentation- Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and document reviews to identify business needs.
- Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements to a clear, consistent, and testable standard.
- Develop use cases and acceptance criteria to support solution design and delivery.
- Establish and maintain an agreed requirements baseline, managing changes and assessing their impact.
- Model current-state and future-state business processes, data, and use cases.
- Identify process gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse business processes and technology integration needs across programme work streams.
- Translate complex business needs into practical requirements for technical teams.
- Maintain requirements traceability through solution design, development, testing, and business acceptance.
- Work with architects and the central design authority to ensure requirements align with programme standards.
- Identify and resolve requirement gaps, inconsistencies, and conflicting stakeholder priorities.
- Maintain accurate analysis documentation using tools such as Visio, Jira, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Collaborate with delivery teams, vendors, and stakeholders to clarify requirements throughout implementation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including acceptance-criteria validation and issue clarification.
- Support change-impact analysis and business readiness activities.
- Contribute to programme planning and communicate requirements status, risks, and dependencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in business analysis or a similar role.
- Experience in business process design, business or functional architecture, and technology integration.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, specification, and traceability.
- Experience developing process models, data models, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency in analysis and requirements-management tools such as Visio, Jira, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Experience supporting UAT and requirements change management.
- Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple work streams and vendors while managing competing priorities.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- BCS or IIBA certifications, including CBAP or CCBA.
- Agile certification.
- Experience with ERP applications, document management systems, ELV systems, or IoT platforms.
- An advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
- Arabic language proficiency.
