Plan, organize, and supervise all LPG operations, ensuring quality and full compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
Coordinate with other departments to keep LPG available every day and prevent dry-outs.
Prepare work plans, including manpower, equipment, and logistics needs.
Make sure safety precautions are in place and work permits are issued before any work starts on station equipment, and that instructions are followed throughout.
Inspect operations regularly to confirm they are safe and meet standards.
Train the team periodically on station procedures.
Ensure all jobs follow approved standards and work instructions safely.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree holder in business or an equivalent field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, including team leadership. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and a strong communicator who can coordinate across departments, handle emergencies calmly, and drive continuous improvement in operations.
