Director of Infrastructure; Emirati

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

One of our clients is looking for an experienced Director – Public-Private Partnerships to lead strategic partnership initiatives that support capital projects and long-term infrastructure development.

• Lead the development and implementation of the department’s strategy for public-private partnerships and capital project initiatives.
• Establish and manage partnership frameworks to facilitate government-led infrastructure and capital projects.
• Identify, assess, and advance investment opportunities in collaboration with private-sector partners.
• Collaborate with government entities, private investors, and internal stakeholders to support project planning, structuring, and execution.
• Ensure partnership initiatives align with government priorities, strategic objectives, and project governance standards.
• Oversee the preparation and review of feasibility studies, business cases, project proposals, and investment assessments.
• Provide strategic insights, performance updates, and actionable recommendations to support senior-level decision-making.
• Strengthen organizational capabilities and frameworks for effective partnership development and infrastructure delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in public-private partnerships, infrastructure development, or capital projects.
• Experience in project governance, investment coordination, or strategic planning.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of government project environments and PPP models is preferred.
