, we're looking for an experienced Tourism Track Lead to join an exciting international innovation project in Abu Dhabi.
We're searching for someone who understands the tourism industry, believes in the power of entrepreneurship and knows how to help innovative startups turn great solutions into sustainable, scalable businesses.
- Lead a tourism-focused startup acceleration programme, supporting companies from selection to growth.
- Identify and attract innovative startups across travel, tourism and hospitality.
- Work directly with founders to strengthen business models, market positioning and commercial strategies.
- Connect startups with industry experts, mentors, corporate partners and market opportunities.
- Help companies validate their solutions, unlock commercial opportunities and prepare for international growth.
- Strong experience in tourism, travel, hospitality or related innovation ecosystems.
- Proven experience in startup acceleration, venture building or entrepreneurship programmes.
- Ability to mentor and support founders in business development, commercialisation and scaling.
- Understanding of corporate-startup collaboration and market validation.
- Excellent communication and programme management skills.
- Fluent English; experience in the UAE or Middle East is highly valued.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE – significant on-site presence required.
