We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity Manager to develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s Business Continuity Management framework and strengthen overall organizational resilience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the Business Continuity Management System and related policies, procedures, and governance.
- Lead Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and identify critical processes, dependencies, RTOs, and RPOs.
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans and recovery strategies.
- Coordinate crisis management, incident response, and escalation procedures.
- Design and conduct business continuity exercises, simulations, and testing.
- Work with IT and Cybersecurity teams to align business continuity with disaster recovery capabilities.
- Assess continuity risks relating to critical suppliers and third parties.
- Track corrective actions, lessons learned, and improvement initiatives.
- Prepare BCM reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Ensure alignment with ISO 22301 and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Risk, or Disaster Recovery.
- Strong hands-on experience in BIA, BCP development, continuity strategies, exercises, and crisis management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 22301
. - Relevant professional certification is preferred.
