Senior Specialist- TRA Quality, Health, Safety & Sustainability Office

• Map excellence criteria to sector plans; design maturity models and improvement roadmaps for quality, innovation, and customer centricity.
• Lead benchmarking programs and manage award submissions, ensuring evidence-based narratives and validated results.

• Coordinate internal/external assessments, manage rejoinder action plans, and track closure of improvement opportunities.
• Curate and disseminate best practices, case studies, and knowledge assets through structured knowledge management platforms.
• Review and ensure compliance to update and revise organizational structures and roles within the organization and ensure the quality of data for requests to amend organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities.

• Engineer process redesign sprints to close excellence gaps; embed analytics to monitor benefit realization of improvement initiatives.

Coach units on self-assessment techniques and integrate feedback loops into operational reviews

• Office setting with periodic workshops, assessments, and stakeholder sessions across RTA locations.

Education
:
Bachelor's degree/master's degree in business administration, quality management, industrial engineering or equivalent field

Experience
: 6+ years in case of master's degree (8+ years in case of bachelor's degree) in related field
