We are seeking a Requirements Consultant to support a major greenfield enterprise transformation programme.

Working with business stakeholders, consultants, architects, and delivery teams, you will lead requirements elicitation across multiple work streams. You will help stakeholders define solution scope, assess options and trade-offs, and translate business needs into clear, testable, and traceable requirements.

• Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and document analysis across programme work streams.
• Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Define use cases and acceptance criteria to support solution design and validation.
• Challenge and refine requirements to resolve ambiguity, inconsistencies, and gaps.
• Establish and maintain agreed requirements baselines.

• Understand stakeholders' business objectives, technology challenges, and operational needs.
• Advise on solution scope, delivery options, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with consultants and technical specialists to develop solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Present findings and recommendations to business and technical audiences.
• Contribute to client presentations and proposal development where required.

• Model business processes and use cases, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Maintain requirements traceability from business needs through design, testing, and acceptance.
• Assess requirements changes and their impact on scope and delivery.
• Work with the central design authority to align requirements with programme standards.
• Maintain analysis documentation using tools such as Visio, Jira, or Azure Dev Ops.

• Collaborate with delivery teams and vendors to clarify requirements throughout implementation.
• Support solution validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate delivered functionality against agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support change activities throughout the requirements lifecycle.
• Communicate requirements status, risks, dependencies, and outstanding decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in a similar consulting role.
• Proven experience delivering requirements consulting or business analysis engagements.
• Strong experience in requirements management and BRD development.
• Expertise in documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Experience in process modelling, use-case development, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability.
• Ability to advise stakeholders on scope, priorities, options, and trade-offs.
• Experience using analysis tools such as Visio, Jira, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Experience supporting solution validation, UAT, and requirements change management.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a multi-vendor programme environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.

• BCS or IIBA certifications, including CBAP or CCBA.
• Agile certification.
• Experience supporting higher education institutions or university transformation programmes.
• An advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
