As a Strategic Planning amp Execution Consultant based in the United Arab Emirates you will partner with senior leadership teams to define plan and deliver critical business initiatives Leveraging your expertise in both technical project management tools and non-technical strategy development you will drive end-to-end execution of strategic programs that achieve measurable outcomes and align with organizational objectives
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with C-level and senior stakeholders to articulate business vision goals and strategic priorities Develop comprehensive strategic plans roadmaps and execution frameworks Configure customize and administer Jira and Microsoft Planner for project tracking and governance Lead cross-functional project teams through planning execution monitoring and closing phases Establish and track key performance indicators KPIs to measure program success and drive continuous improvement Facilitate workshops strategy sessions and change management activities Prepare executive-level presentations status reports and risk mitigation plans Coach and mentor internal teams on best practices in strategic planning and project execution
Preferred QualificationsMaster s degree or MBA PMP Prince2 Practitioner or Agile certification e g Scrum Master ACP Experience working with clients in the UAE or broader GCC region Familiarity with additional project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic Prior experience in a top-tier consulting firm or professional services environment
