As our METAP business continues to grow, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Data Analyst to help turn data into actionable insights that shape business decisions. This is an individual contributor position where you’ll combine hands‑on analysis with reliable reporting and strong data foundations to deepen our understanding of business performance. Working closely with business teams, you’ll identify the drivers behind KPI movements, uncover emerging risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations to support pod-level decision‑making.
You’ll also help build automation and AI-assisted workflows, creating more capacity for proactive analysis and forward-looking insights. This is an opportunity to influence how the business measures performance, understands its customers and products, and identifies opportunities for growth.
- Own METAP data infrastructure, metric definitions, and a single source of truth for operating numbers
- Deliver recurring performance reporting (daily / weekly / monthly / M ) with stable cadence and clear ownership
- Attribute revenue and KPI movements; run deep-dive analysis on drivers, risks, and exceptions
- Build and scale automation and AI-assisted workflows for reporting, tracking, and routine analysis
- Support product tracking, key-account tracking, and related operating views as needed
- Partner with other GBS teams to introduce product, customer, and new analytical lenses into existing operating reviews
- Provide daily support to the business and keep METAP coverage aligned on the same definitions and numbers
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles, preferably supporting business operations, performance management, or commercial teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define metrics, identify KPI drivers, diagnose performance movements, and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Proficiency in SQL and strong experience working with large-scale datasets, reporting pipelines, and metric governance to maintain a reliable single source of truth.
- Experience in recurring business reporting and operating reviews, with the ability to deliver accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and executive-level reporting with clear ownership and stable cadence.
- Experience in the digital advertising industry, internet/tech companies, or other data-intensive business environments, with familiarity in revenue, customer, and product performance analysis.
- Experience using Python, BI tools, or workflow automation tools to improve reporting efficiency, automate routine analysis, and scale data operations.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools for reporting enhancement, deeper analysis, insight generation, and productivity improvement in day-to-day analytical work.
- Experience supporting business teams at the pod, market, or regional level, with the ability to provide proactive recommendations on risks, opportunities, and growth drivers.
- Experience working on complex cross-functional projects involving analytics, business operations, and stakeholder alignment
