Client Account Manager

This role serves as the primary interface between the client and delivery team, ensuring successful execution of major programs while identifying opportunities for growth, expansion and new business. This role is responsible for managing strategic client accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering an exceptional client experience. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in shaping Hill International's growth strategy, expanding client partnerships, and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and the industry.

• Serve as the primary executive point of contact for assigned strategic clients and key client stakeholders
• Develop and maintain long term relationships with client executives, project sponsors and key stakeholders
• Develop account plans that support revenue growth, client retention and long-term partnership objectives
• Understand client business priorities, objectives and align service offerings to meet needs
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to strengthen partnerships

• Provide strategic oversight of large-scale residential programs
• Partner with project directors and delivery teams to ensure projects meet client expectations related to scope, budget, quality and performance
• Monitor project health, identify risks and facilitate resolution of delivery challenges
• Work closely with operation leaders and project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects in accordance with client expectations
• Support project teams in resolving critical client and project issues
• Act as an executive sponsor for key projects and programs

• Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing and prospective clients
• Develop growth strategies for assigned clients and sectors
• Develop pipeline opportunities and drive revenue growth across the region
• Lead client engagement efforts, presentations and strategic meetings
• Lead pursuit teams in the development of proposals, pursuit activities, presentations and commercial negotiations
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and upcoming opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline
• 12+ years of experience in the Middle East market with demonstrated success managing major client accounts and delivering complex projects or programs
• Proven experience leading and overseeing large-scale residential, mixed-use, and master-planned community development programs, including stakeholder management, program governance, delivery oversight, and successful execution across multiple project phases from planning and design through construction and handover
• Experience with leading large residential programs in the local market
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, contracts, procurement and commercial management
• Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship building
