Position Overview

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Banking Business Analyst to support core banking and digital banking transformation initiatives in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on analysing banking products and customer journeys, translating business requirements into structured specifications, and supporting business validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The successful candidate will work across customer, account, payment, lending, card and onboarding journeys, mapping requirements to Banking Industry Architecture Network (BIAN) service domains and API operations.

The position requires strong business analysis, requirements traceability and UAT coordination capabilities, along with familiarity with modern lifecycle management practices and approved AI-assisted productivity tools.
