- 8–12 years of experience in strategic projects, programme management or PMO leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities and executive presence.
- A track record of delivering complex initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed organisations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
Experience in healthcare or a large diversified organisation would be an advantage.
