• Oversee and ensure the optimal capacity planning and resource allocation to meet project demands and deadlines.

• Develop and implement continuity plans to ensure business resilience in the event of disruptions, minimizing downtime and recovery time.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and simulations to test the effectiveness of continuity plans and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Lead comprehensive examinations of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Facilitate team collaboration and communication during examination initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with vendors and third-party suppliers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements to optimize vendor performance and cost-efficiency.
• Evaluate vendor performance regularly, providing feedback to ensure high standards are maintained and addressing any issues promptly.
• Establish and maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders to facilitate project updates, expectations, and feedback.
• Prepare and present reports on capacity, continuity, examination outcomes, and vendor performance to senior management.
