The opportunity

To lead customer, partner and internal-user onboarding across Azure and other software licensing platforms. Manage licensing operations, reporting, stakeholder coordination and automation to ensure accurate fulfilment, complete documentation and clear visibility of performance, risks, utilisation and costs. This is a senior individual-contributor role within Sales & Delivery Enablement Operations, reporting to the Manager, Reporting Automation & Data Management.

Your key responsibilities

Licensing and onboarding operations

• Coordinate onboarding and licensing services for customers, partners and internal users across Azure and other platforms.
• Manage the licensing lifecycle from request validation and provisioning through renewal, suspension and retirement.
• Validate approvals, contracts, billing details and supporting documents before fulfilment, and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor service levels, renewals, dependencies and risks; escalte delays and maintain audit-ready records.

Reseller and vendor management

• Act as the operational contact for resellers, distributors, publishers and technology vendors.
• Coordinate and validate quotations, orders, renewals, upgrades, cancellations, credits, pricing, terms and fulfilment.
• Track partner actions, exceptions, performance and issue resolution against agreed service levels.
• Support Procurement and Finance with purchase orders, invoices, billing reconciliation, renewal planning and corrective actions.

Reporting and analytics

• Develop reports and dashboards for onboarding, licensing, renewals, utilisation, cost, compliance and service performance.
• Analyse data to identify bottlenecks, underutilisation, duplicate assignments, renewal risks, data issues and savings opportunities.
• Track KPIs, service levels, trends and exceptions, and translate findings into management actions.
• Reconcile platform, reseller, contract, invoice, billing and customer data to support budgeting, forecasting, accruals and demand planning.

Automation and process improvement

• Standardise manual, repetitive and error-prone activities into controlled workflows.
• Build and maintain automation for intake, approvals, notifications, provisioning handoffs, renewals, reconciliation and reporting.
• Document business rules, controls, dependencies, exceptions and support procedures; monitor failures and coordinate fixes.
• Deliver scalable improvements with business and technical stakeholders, balancing speed, accuracy, compliance and service quality.

A senior individual contributor with strong operational ownership, analytical thinking, attention to detail and stakeholder-management capability. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional work streams, improve processes and controls, and support other analysts without direct people-management responsibility.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business analytics, business administration, finance or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in onboarding, licensing or subscription operations, business analytics, vendor management, sales operations or a related function.
