Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement elicitation workshops with FO/MO/BO, risk and operations for Endur changes.
- Document high-quality user stories, process flows and functional specifications.
- Work with architects and developers to validate solution options and impacts.
- Support test strategy and UAT by defining acceptance criteria and scenarios.
- Ensure traceability from business objective to requirement to test case and release.
- 7+ years as a BA in trading, energy or financial markets.
- Strong Endur functional knowledge across at least one asset class.
- Confidence engaging traders and senior stakeholders in workshops.
- Experience with Endur upgrades or large remediation programmes.
- Ability to analyse data (SQL/Excel) to support business cases.
- Formal BA training or certification (e.g., IIBA).
